The City of Garden City, Kansas, has been designated as a recipient for a Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) grant under the FY23 Consolidated Appropriations Act. This grant provides partial funding of $19,100,000 for the Garden City Water Reclamation and Reuse Project. A review of all potential environmental impacts was conducted by EPA Region 7. The agency did not identify any significant environmental impacts. An Environmental Assessment has been prepared, and a draft Finding of No Significant Impact has been issued. These documents will be available for public review and comment for the next 30 calendar days.
