On behalf of the dedicated men and women of the Garden City Police Department, I would like to welcome you to our website.  I hope that you find the information provided in here to be both informative and useful.   The various divisions, programs, statistics and employment information depicted in this site are provided so that you can better understand our role and responsibility in Garden City.  The men and women of the Police Department are ready to assist you at any time, providing high quality police service in the community.

The Garden City Police Department is committed to protecting and enhancing the quality of life of Garden City residents and those who visit. Our Department practices community-based policing and value our partnerships with residents, visitors, businesses and community organizations. As we develop programs, implement technology and take on new initiatives, know that the Garden City Police Department regards the community as its highest priority.

I look forward to leading the Garden City Police Department and working with the community to keep Garden City safe. The men and women of the Garden City Police Department are among the very best in the nation, and we will continue to build on our traditions of professionalism, honor, courage and dedication. As your Chief of Police, I am committed to accountability at all levels, respect and honest communication with the community, and a desire to work with members of the public to enhance the quality of life that makes Garden City such a unique place to live, work, and visit.
