Ride Along Program

Community oriented policing involves the police working with members of the community to solve problems. To further this policing philosophy, the Garden City Police Department extends an open invitation for you to ride along with a police officer during their shift. By riding with an officer, you will have the chance to give your input on how we can better serve our community and prevent crime in your neighborhood. You will also have an opportunity to see first hand the daily challenges each officer faces.
