Citizens Assist Team

Members of the first academy have now formed a Citizens Assist Team (CAT). From the original class of 15 students, nine are active members of the CAT. Further graduates are eligible for membership. CAT members provide assistance to the department directing traffic at major events, helping with community projects, a 3 on 3 basketball tournament and neighborhood beautification projects.
